Buying and paying

For personal collection, payment can be made in cash on the spot.
Delivery:
The official delivery partner is Itella Smartpost.
Delivery is made by sending the goods to the nearest parcel machine or by courier to the indicated address in Tallinn.
Delivery in Tallinn
The delivery fee in Tallinn is 4,90 EUR.
Delivery is free for orders over €50.
Delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Delivery to other cities in Estonia
Delivery to other cities in Estonia is made by sending the goods to the address indicated in the parcel machine.
The delivery charge to a parcel machine in Estonia is €5.90.
Delivery time is 2-5 working days.
In Estonia, parcel delivery to a parcel terminal is only possible with full prepayment.
Return to
The customer has the right to return the goods for a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order to return a product, the customer must submit a written withdrawal to the seller in the prescribed form, stating the reason for the withdrawal/refund.
The seller must return the purchase amount within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal. If the last day of the return falls on a holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day. Goods can also be exchanged or replaced.
The seller has the right to refuse to refund if:
The customer does not have a sales receipt;
Restriction on the return of goods or products under Part 4 § 54 of the Civil Code (cosmetics and perfumes in open packaging; product which does not meet the conditions for return for health or hygiene reasons or if it is opened after delivery);
The original packaging of the goods is missing.
