The customer has the right to return the goods and receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

In order to return the product, a written withdrawal must be submitted to the seller in the form provided for withdrawal from the contract, together with the reason and justification for the rejection/return.

The seller must return the purchase price within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal. If the last day of the return falls on a weekend, the deadline will be extended to the next working day. It is possible to exchange or replace the goods.

The seller has the right to refuse a refund if:

The buyer does not have a cheque;
There is a restriction on the goods or products that may be returned in accordance with the provisions of Section 54(4) of the Civil Code (cosmetics and perfumes in open packaging; products that do not meet the conditions for return for health or hygiene reasons and if they have been opened after delivery);
No original packaging.
